June 3rd is the 5 year anniversary since the release of the calls to justice made in the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls, and 2SLGBTQI+, and the 3 year anniversary for the launch of the National Action Plan and the Federal Pathway to Address Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and 2SLGBTQI+.
We will be co hosting alongside Assembly of 7 Generations, Families of Sisters in Spirit, Ottawa Coalition to End Violence Against Women (OCTEVAW) & Women of the Metis Nation – Les Femmes Michif Otipemisiwak.
June 3rd, Parliament Hill, Ottawa — We will sing and dance in memory of survivors and families of MMIWG2S+.
