Sandra DeLaronde read a victim impact statement at Winnipeg serial killer Jeremy Skibicki’s sentencing hearing Wednesday and shared her thoughts about the impact the case had. DeLaronde is part of the Giganawenimaanaanig organization, which focuses on implementing the calls for justice from the 2019 Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls inquiry.
