No More Stolen Sisters: Locals raise awareness with Sisters in Spirit walk in Pincher Creek

Napi Friendship Association hosted its annual Sisters in Spirit event in Pincher Creek on Friday to honour and raise awareness about missing and murdered individuals.

While the event is part of the movement to address the ongoing crisis surrounding missing and murdered Indigenous women (MMIW), the organization broadened it by honouring all missing and murdered people, including Indigenous men, women, two-spirit and LGBTQ individuals.
