On June 3, 2021, Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami (ITK) and Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada released the National Inuit Action Plan on Missing and Murdered Inuit Women, Girls and 2SLGBTQQIA+ People in response to the Inuit-specific Calls for Justice in the Final Report of the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG).
