A project meant to honour and remember Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and Two-Spirit individuals is nearly complete. Known as “The Silent Jingle,” the project consists of an art piece developed by Lox Macmillan-Metawabin, a graduate of Holland College who is originally from Saskatchewan’s White Bear First Nation.
